Another thing that I have learned from this company is that if I out my mind to something I can do anything. I have also increased my knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. I have learned from this company to multitask by running promotions and still being able to get all of my office work done. I have learned how to adapt to changes very quickly and accurately. By working here I was able to increase my team communications skills along with customer services skills. My top five things would be new marketing skills, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, and team communications. There are so many different things that I have learned here at Hollywood Casino. Sometimes I would be by myself and other times I would have another promotions team member with me. My typical day at Hollywood Casino Toledo would be to run and execute a promotion.
